Description

The testo 176 T1 single-channel temperature logger is suitable for high-precision temperature monitoring. The built-in temperature sensor provides a long-term stable recording of the air temperature in the room (e.g. in refrigerated and freezer rooms). The built-in sensor is a Pt100 temperature sensor, which means that all measured and recorded temperature values are accurate to 0.2 °C.

The electronic data logger is equipped with a large memory capacity and can store up to 2 million sets of data. Suitable for long-term temperature monitoring without the need for frequent data readings. The battery life of up to 8 years also ensures long-term uninterrupted temperature monitoring and recording.

Technical features and practical functions

The testo 176 T1 electronic temperature data logger with its robust metal housing is ideally suited for temperature monitoring in industrial environments, preventing damage to the instrument from mechanical impacts, even in extremely harsh environments. The data logger is IP68 rated and completely waterproof and dustproof.

All measurement data is stored securely and efficiently in the memory of the testo 176 T1 temperature logger and is not lost even when the battery runs out or is replaced.

The electronic temperature logger is designed for use in the food industry and has been tested in accordance with HACCP and DIN EN 12830 by TÜV Süd's ATP testing station.

Temperature data logger applications

Monitor and record storage temperatures

Monitor the temperature of food freezer storage

Monitor and record cold chain temperatures

Programming and data reading of the data logger

Testo's new generation of humidity and temperature loggers supports the following three software versions to meet the different needs of customers for instrument programming, data reading and analysis:

The ComSoft Basic software – free to download – provides quick and easy instrument programming and data reading

ComSoft Professional software – optional – provides more professional data analysis and management capabilities

ComSoft CFR 21 Part 11 Industry Specialty Software – Optional – Ideal for Industries and Meets CFR 21 Part 11 Standards

You will need a USB cable to connect to a computer for programming the data logger, which is not included in the product packaging. You also need to use a USB cable or SD card to read the data. Both of these are optional accessories.
