Jinfulun QFH-A600 hundred-grid knife is a testing tool that uses the cross-hatch method to measure the adhesion performance of paint films. The QFH-A600 hundred-grid knife uses a carbide steel blade, which has strong advantages in hardness and wear resistance, and can achieve the same effect as imported high-quality blades, with complete scratches. The QFH-A600 hundred-grid knife is a hand-held hundred-grid knife that is easy to carry and can be used in laboratories and various construction site environments.
The QFH-A600 hundred-grid knife is suitable for measuring the adhesion of organic coatings by the cross-hatch method. The QFH hundred-grid knife can be widely used in coatings, paints and other fields.
The QFH grid knife is a tool with a certain specification that cuts the coating into a grid pattern and cuts through the coating. The completed pattern must be classified into six levels to evaluate the adhesion performance of the coating, that is, from Adhesion effect of substrate separation.
1. Prepare sample test pieces in accordance with the regulations of ISOR1514 and ISO2828.
2. Place the prepared sample test piece on a flat surface with sufficient hardness.
3. Hold the handle of the QFH-A600 hundred-grid knife and make the multi-edged cutting knife perpendicular to the plane of the test piece.
4. Maintain uniform pressure, a smooth and non-vibrating method, and cut at a cutting speed of 20-50mm/S.
5. Rotate the test piece 90°, and use the QFH-A600 grid cutter to repeat the above operations on the incisions made to form a grid pattern.
6. Use a soft brush to brush the diagonal lines on both sides of the grid pattern gently backwards 5 times and forwards 5 times to brush the test piece.
7. The test of the QFH-A600 hundred-grid knife should be completed at least at three different positions of the test piece. If the test results at the three positions are different, the test should be repeated at more than three positions and all results should be recorded at the same time.
8. If you need to replace a multi-edged cutting knife, use a screwdriver to loosen the two screws on the knife body, replace it with the knife you are using, place the blade edge against the handle, and tighten the screws.
1) The test environment of the QFH-A600 hundred grid knife should be at a temperature of 23±2℃ and a Relative Humidity of 50±5%.
2) All cuts should penetrate the coating but not go too deep into the substrate.
3) Use 600-1PK test tape from 3M in the United States. Apply the tape to the entire crosshatch, and then tear it off at the smallest angle. The test results can be obtained based on the proportion of the area of ââthe paint film surface that has been glued off .
4) If the coating is too thick or too hard so that the QFH-A600 grid knife cannot penetrate the substrate, the experiment will be invalid.
