Box Swing Pipe Water Spray Test Equipment

Applications

This equipment refers to the IP shell protection level IPX3~4, and can provide corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated tests for scientific research, product development and quality control; it is suitable for external lighting and signal devices and automotive lamp shell protection tests.

Advantages of box rain test box

Box structure

1. The box material adopts imported SUS304 stainless steel plate hairline treatment

4. There is a water storage tank at the bottom of the test box, a test water spray system, a worktable rotation system, and a swing tube swing drive device

5. The pendulum tube is made of stainless steel pipe, which can swing back and forth from ±60° to ±180° (theoretical value, the diameter of the turntable should be removed in practice), and at the same time, the water controlled at a certain flow rate and pressure will pass through the nozzle on the pendulum tube. Spray, water test on the test sample.

6. The swinging transmission device of the swinging tube is reasonably designed, precisely manufactured and easy to maintain. The pendulum tube is driven by a professional stepping motor accelerometer, the rotation frequency is controlled by a programmable PLC controller, the angle can be adjusted, and the operation is simple.

7. The design load of the sample rack turntable is 30 kg, and it can rotate 360 degrees in the horizontal direction, with a speed of 1-4 revolutions. It is controlled by the PLC program and the speed controller controls the speed. The whole equipment is well designed and durable.

Control System

1. This set of rain shower equipment adopts liquid crystal display screen, and the programmable PLC controller controls the swing angle and swing frequency of the swing pipe, and turns on the water pump turntable; the time can be set according to requirements.
