Applications

The product is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in the storage, transportation and use of high-low temperature environments, as well as the temperature gradient test. Stress screening tests can also be performed on electronic components.

Cabinet structure

1. The cabinet adopts an integral structure.

2. The inside of the box is made of 1.0mm imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is sprayed with 1.0mm cold-rolled steel plate, and the insulation material is made of ultra-fine glass insulation cotton.

3. The door seal is made of double-layer silicone rubber sealing material.

4. The observation window is multi-layer conductive film tempered insulating glass, with a size of 250×260mm, in order to prevent frosting of the glass at low temperature, it is surrounded by a built-in special heating wire and equipped with a lighting lamp to provide illumination for observation.

5. There is a φ50mm test hole with a plug on the side of the box, and the plug material is silicone rubber with low foaming, which can withstand high-low temperatures and has thermal insulation effect.

6. An air conditioning cabinet is set up at the back of the box studio, and evaporators, electric heaters, fans, fan volutes and other equipment are installed in the middle of it.

7. The temperature sensor is placed at the air outlet.

8. The air supply mode in the Test Chamber is the upper air supply and lower return air mode.

Heating and cooling systems

1. The heater adopts porcelain frame nickel-chromium wire electric heater, which has low thermal inertia and long life. The controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal is output by the instrument, which is controlled by a solid-state relay, and the control is stable and reliable.

2. Low-temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed compressor unit. Other refrigeration components such as the United States RANCO, SPORLAN, Switzerland "ALFALAVAL", Denmark DANFOSS, Italy CASTEL, Japan Saginomiya and other original imported brand products. R404A refrigerant is used.

3. In order to ensure the safe operation of the system, it is necessary to set up high-low Voltage control, overpressure, overload and other protection systems in the system. At the same time, in order to monitor the operation of the system, high-low Voltage gauges need to be installed at both the high-low Voltage ends to monitor the operation of the system.

4. The cooling capacity is adjusted by the shunt method.

Control system

1. Temperature controller: using high-precision digital display temperature controller, accurate and stable control, long-term operation without drifting.

2. Sensor: PT100 temperature sensor.

3. The control heating output is triggered by the zero-crossing of the solid state relay to reduce noise, reduce pollution, facilitate maintenance, and improve control accuracy.

4. Safety protection measures should be set up in the control system, including: phase loss protection, phase sequence error protection, phase Voltage uneven protection, fan overload protection, overtemperature, power-off protection, unit high-Voltage protection, unit overload protection, unit overtemperature protection, leakage and other protection.

5. The control system is equipped with a user-friendly operation panel, located in the upper left part of the Test Chamber, equipped with power, lighting, various function operation buttons and fault indicators.

6. In addition to the main controller, an independent over-temperature protector is also set up in the system, even if the main controller fails, the over-temperature protector can reliably disconnect the heating power supply to protect the safety of equipment and samples.

7. There is an interlock device in the electrical control system, when the circulating fan is not started or overloaded, the refrigeration unit and the heating system can not be started, and the refrigeration unit will be prohibited when the unit is overloaded and overloaded.
