Applications

Box structure

1. The cabinet adopts an integral structure.

2. The inner side of the box is made of 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, and the outer side is made of 1.0mm cold-rolled steel plate with plastic spraying. 

3. The insulation material adopts ultra-fine glass insulation cotton.

4. The door is sealed with double-layer silicone rubber sealing material.

5. The observation window is tempered hollow glass with multi-layer conductive film, the size is 200×300mm. In order to prevent the glass from frosting at low temperature, it is surrounded by a built-in special heating wire and equipped with a lighting lamp to provide illumination for observation.

6. There is a φ50mm test hole with a plug on the side of the box. The plug material is silicone rubber with low foaming, which can withstand high-low temperatures and has thermal insulation performance.

7. There is an air-conditioning cabinet on the back side of the working room of the cabinet, and evaporators, electric heaters, wind, fan volutes and other equipment are installed in it.

8. The temperature sensor is placed at the air outlet.

9. The air supply mode in the Test Chamber is the upper air supply and the lower air return mode.

Heating and Cooling Systems

1. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chromium wire electric heater, which has low thermal inertia and long service life. The controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal is output by the instrument, which is controlled by a solid state relay, and the control is stable and reliable.

2. In order to ensure the safe operation of the system, protection systems such as high pressure control, overpressure, and overload must be installed in the system.
