Applications

The product is suitable for testing the moisture resistance of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials under different temperature and humidity conditions. It can also be used as an adaptability test for storage, transportation and use in high-low temperature environments.

High-low temperature alternating humidity and heat Test Chamber box structure

1. The box body adopts an overall structure.

2. The inside of the box is made of 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outside is made of 1.0mm cold-rolled steel plate spray-coated, and the insulation material is ultra-fine glass insulation cotton.

3. The door seal uses double-layer silicone rubber sealing material.

4. The observation window is made of multi-layer conductive film tempered insulating glass with a size of 200×300mm. In order to prevent the glass from frosting at low temperatures, it is surrounded by a built-in special heating wire and equipped with a lighting lamp to provide lighting for observation.

5. There is a φ50mm test hole with a plug on the side of the box. The plug material is silicone rubber with low foaming, which can withstand high-low temperatures and has thermal insulation performance.

6. There is an air-conditioning cabinet on the back side of the box studio, in which equipment such as evaporators, electric heaters, humidifiers, fans, and fan volutes are installed.

7. The temperature sensor is placed at the air outlet.

8. The air supply method in the Test Chamber is upper air supply and lower return air.

High-low temperature humidity and heat Test Chamber refrigeration system

1. The low-temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed compressor unit. Use R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant. The evaporative condenser serves as both a high-temperature stage evaporator and a low-temperature stage condenser.

2. In order to ensure the safe operation of the system, high-Voltage control, overpressure, overload and other protection systems need to be installed in the system. At the same time, in order to monitor the operation of the system, a high-Voltage meter is installed at the high-Voltage end to monitor the operation of the system.

3. Refrigeration capacity adjustment adopts the split flow method.

Heating and humidification system

1. The heater uses a porcelain frame nickel-chromium wire electric heater. This heater has small thermal inertia and long life. The instrument outputs a controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal and is controlled through a solid-state relay. The control is smooth and reliable.

2. Steam boiler electric heating and humidification method, armored electric heating tube, PID control method, using non-contact periodic pulse width modulation SSR (solid state relay) control, equipped with water level control device and heater anti-dry burning device.

High-low temperature alternating humidity and heat Test Chamber control system

1. Temperature controller: High-precision digital display temperature and humidity controller, accurate and stable control, no drift in long-term operation.

2. Sensor: PT100 temperature sensor.

3. The heating output is controlled using solid-state relay zero-crossing trigger to reduce noise, reduce pollution, facilitate maintenance, and improve control accuracy.

4. Safety protection measures must be provided in the control system, including: phase loss protection, phase sequence error protection, phase Voltage imbalance protection, fan overload protection, over-temperature power-off protection, leakage and other protections.

5. The control system is equipped with a user-friendly operation panel, which is located on the upper left side of the Test Chamber. It is equipped with power, lighting, and various function operation buttons as well as fault indicator lights.

6. In addition to the main controller, an independent over-temperature protector is also installed in the system. Even if the main controller fails, the over-temperature protector can reliably disconnect the heating power supply to protect the safety of the equipment and test specimens.

7. There is an interlock device in the electrical control system. When the circulation fan does not start or is overloaded, the heating and humidification system cannot start.
