The high-Voltage acceleration Test Chamber is used to test the moisture capacity of semiconductor packaging, the product to be tested is subjected to severe temperature, humidity and pressure, and the moisture will penetrate into the packaging along the interface between the colloid or the colloid and the wire frame, multilayer circuit boards, photovoltaic modules, EVA, IC, LED, LCD, magnetic materials, polymer materials and other products, and test the pressure resistance and air tightness of the products.

Equipment features:
