This product is suitable for measuring the frost resistance of concrete specimens expressed by the number of rapid freeze-thaw cycles or frost durability coefficient under the condition of water freezing and thawing.
The testing machine is composed of five parts: freeze-thaw Test Chamber, refrigerant circulation and heating system, refrigeration system, temperature measurement, recording, automatic control system, and cooling water circulation system.
1. Freeze-thaw Test Chamber: The shell and working groove of the Test Chamber are made of good stainless steel plate. The insulation layer is made of polyurethane foam foam as a whole. It is a specimen slot for the top door.
2. Refrigerant circulation and heating system: It is composed of refrigerant circulation pump, electric heating tube, heat exchanger, pipeline valve, flow switch and liquid level switch. The refrigerant carrier is antifreeze at -35°C. The pipes are arranged as much as possible so that the temperature of the specimen tank is uniform.
3. Refrigeration system: It is composed of imported fully enclosed refrigeration compressor, condenser, evaporator and pipeline valve.
4. Temperature measurement, recording and automatic control system: The temperature sensing probe is used to collect the core temperature of the specimen and the temperature of the refrigerant contained outside the specimen barrel. The brand computer runs the freeze-thaw chamber control system, and the control information such as the required number of cycles, the alarm value of the upper and lower limits of the core temperature is arbitrarily set on the operation interface, and the completed cycle times are automatically displayed. Historical curves and historical reports can be viewed at any time. Refrigeration control components, valves and electrical components are all selected from imported or domestic (CN) products. The test device has the protection functions of phase loss, short circuit, overload, overtemperature, overpressure, low or broken flow of refrigerant, and water shortage in cooling cycle to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the test device.
5. Heating: Direct heating by special pipe-type stainless steel electric heating pipe.
