Measurement methods

Sulfur dioxide concentration measurement method: through a sulfur dioxide flowmeter with a range of 30-300ml/mim; the sulfur dioxide flowmeter adopts a glass rotameter, which is an anti-corrosion flowmeter. According to the requirements of the measurement medium, corresponding corrosion-resistant materials are used to meet the requirements of the measurement medium. User's process requirements. The flowmeter has the following characteristics: 1. High precision in measuring instantaneous flow; 2. The measuring range can reach 1:10; 3. Small pressure loss; 4. It is suitable for the measurement of corrosive fluids.

material

1. Box shell material: 8mm thick PVC reinforced hard plastic board is used, the surface is smooth and smooth without scratches, and it is aging-resistant, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and has no leakage;

2. Liner material: 8mm thick PVC plastic board;

3. Box door material: The box door is made of 8mm tempered glass, which is convenient for observing the test conditions of the test samples during the test. The box door and the box body are sealed with foamed silicone seals to prevent gas leakage;

4. The heating method is the inner tank air heating method, and the titanium alloy heating tube is used, which is corrosion-resistant, fast heating, and uniform temperature distribution.

Control System

1. The temperature controller adopts a high-precision digital display temperature controller, which is precise and stable, and does not drift for a long time;

2. With power-off memory function, the remaining test process can be continued when power is restored;

3. Touch setting, digital direct display;

4. Sensor: use corrosion-resistant 316 material PT100 test sensor;

5. Time relay: 1s～999h, m, s adjustable;

6. Executive components: AC contactors, small relays, solid state relays.

Sulfur dioxide concentration control

1. The gas concentration is controlled by the buoy of the measuring cylinder;

2. The air guide tube is connected by a corrosion-resistant silicone tube;

3. Exhaust waste is exhausted by compressed air.

Protection System

1. The overall equipment has over-temperature, low water level, overload, fan overheating, leakage, operation indication, etc., with automatic shutdown protection after fault alarm;

2. The exhaust gas is filtered by alkali solution and discharged outside, and the residual gas will not pollute the atmospheric environment.
