Applications

The Ozone Aging Test Chamber is used for cracking aging test of non-metallic materials and rubber products when exposed to a closed environment containing a certain ozone concentration and constant temperature.

Cabinet structure

1. The box body is processed and formed by CNC machine tools, with beautiful and generous appearance, no reaction door handle, and easy to operate.

2. The inner tank of the box is made of imported stainless steel plate, and the outer tank of the box is sprayed with A3 steel plate, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness.

3. Adopt ozone concentration controller and sensor

Control system

1. Temperature and humidity control system: The electrical control system is composed of true color LCD touch screen controller and Schneider and Honeywell electrical components.

2. The controller adopts full Chinese menu operation mode.   

3. Minimum display resolution: temperature (0.1°C), humidity (0.1%), ozone concentration (0.1pphm).              

4. Mode of operation: fixed value and program operation.

5. Control mode: continuous PID control.                  

6. There is an information port to connect with a computer.

7. Power-off recovery settings, including: program termination after power-off, and continuous operation of the program from the breakpoint after power-off.

8. Real-time display of program running time, number of segments, remaining time, number of repetitions, can display test data,    Including set temperature, measured temperature, total running time, interval running time, remaining time of period, heating state,Calendar time, etc., temperature can be directly displayed digitally,

Heating system
