Applications

The hot air aging Test Chamber is suitable for heat resistance test of non-metallic materials, ventilation aging test of electronic parts and plasticized products.

Box structure

1. The outer shell is processed by A3 steel plate CNC machine tool, and the inner tank is made of high-quality stainless steel plate. The insulation material is high-density glass fiber cotton, and the thickness of the insulation layer is 150mm.

2. Stirring system: It adopts high-power long-axis fan motor, high-temperature-resistant stainless steel shaft and impeller to achieve strong convection and vertical diffusion cycle. The ventilation system of the equipment is automatically controlled, and the ventilation volume is adjustable.

3. The sample rack is driven by a geared motor and can rotate.

Heating and Humidification System

1. Use far-infrared nickel alloy to heat the heating wire at high speed.

2. Heating and ventilation are completely independent systems.

3. The output power of temperature control is calculated by microcomputer to achieve high precision and effective power consumption

Control System

1. Temperature control: It is controlled by a high-precision touch screen temperature controller.

2. Time control: Imported time relay is adopted, and H, M, S can be set arbitrarily.

3. Electrical components of the equipment: all adopt the "Schneider" brand and domestic (CN) familiar brands.

4. Heating system: Far-infrared kneading chromium alloy is used for high-speed heating and electric heating.
