Applications

The product is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in the storage, transportation and use of high temperature environment, as well as the temperature gradient test. Stress screening tests can also be performed on electronic components.

Cabinet structure

1. The box adopts an integral structure.

2. The inside of the box is made of 1.0mm imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is made of 1.0mm cold-rolled steel plate sprayed plastic, and the insulation material is made of ultra-fine glass insulation wool.

3. The door seal is made of double-layer silicone rubber sealing material.

4. The observation window is multi-layer conductive film tempered insulating glass, with a size of 200×300mm, in order to prevent frosting of the glass at low temperature, it is surrounded by a built-in special heating wire, and is equipped with a lighting lamp to provide lighting for observation.

5. There is a φ50mm test hole with a plug on the side of the box, and the plug material is silicone rubber with low foaming, which can withstand high-low temperatures and has thermal insulation efficiency.

6. An air conditioning cabinet is set up at the back of the box studio, in which electric heaters, fans, fan volutes and other equipment are arranged.

7. The temperature sensor is placed at the air outlet.
