Application

 DHG-9000 series electric constant temperature Forced Air Drying Oven has four specifications: 40 liters, 100 liters, 140 liters and 220 liters, which is beautiful and practical. The shell is made of good steel plate welding, surface spraying, and the inner chamber steel plate is sprayed with high-temperature silver powder paint or stainless steel plate, and is equipped with two to four layers of shelves. The temperature insulation is made of ultra-fine glass wool, the door is equipped with a double-glazed observation window, and the studio and the door are equipped with heat-resistant silicone rubber or asbestos rope insulation seal. The power switch, temperature controller and other operating parts of the Drying Oven are concentrated in front of the box for easy operation.

The heating and constant temperature system in the box is equipped with an electric heater, a temperature controller, a fan, and a suitable air duct structure. When the power is turned on, the fan works at the same time, and the heat generated by the electric heater is discharged through the air duct, and then sucked into the fan through the dry items in the studio, so that the temperature reaches a uniform level through continuous circulation.

The thermostat is a microcomputer intelligent digital thermostat, which adopts progressive heating to suppress temperature overshoot as much as possible, has self-tuning function, high temperature control accuracy, sets temperature with protection device, and has tracking alarm function.
