1. Introduction to structural design

2. Introduction to control design
a. Controller: Adopt a new generation of Xinjie PLC all-in-one machine (touch key man-machine interface + PLC) This PLC is a new generation of high-integration controller of Xinjie Company, which integrates man-machine interface and PLC, and the system is stable and reliable. The backlight LCD display mode can display various information at the same time, and the man-machine dialogue input mode is adopted, and all operations only need to be operated in the order indicated on the display screen.
b. Control interface: The configuration control screen of the man-machine interface is concise and clear, and the operation is simple.
c. Dust drying: The equipment is equipped with a dust drying heating device, and a heating button is provided in the controller control screen, when the dust is found to be a little wet in the test, the heating button in the control screen can be opened to start the dust heating device to dry the dust. When the dust is dry, the button can be turned off. The drying process will not affect the test process, and the dust concentration in the Test Chamber can be effectively guaranteed. Make sure the test data is correct.
d. Safety protection: It is equipped with anti-overload protection of power components, phase loss and phase sequence protection of equipment, and the controller has an alarm screen prompt when the protection action is made.
