Overview

The integrated program temperature control muffle furnace is a periodic operation type electric furnace. Used for sintering, heating and heat treatment in laboratories of coal, electric power, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, scientific research and other units as well as universities and colleges.

Furnace structure and materials

Furnace shell material: the outer box shell is made of high-quality cold plate, which is treated with phosphoric acid film salt and sprayed at high temperature, and the color is computer gray;

Furnace material: high-aluminum liner is used, which has good wear resistance, and the high-temperature furnace generates heat from the upper, lower, left, and right sides;

Insulation method: insulation brick and insulation cotton;

Temperature measuring port: the thermocouple enters from the upper rear of the furnace body;

Binding post: the heating furnace wire binding post is located at the rear and lower part of the furnace body;

Controller: located under the furnace body, built-in control system, the compensation wire is connected to the furnace body;
