Overview

Box-type Resistance Furnace, also known as muffle furnace, is a periodic operation type electric furnace. Used for sintering, heating and heat treatment in coal, electric power, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, scientific research and other units as well as universities and colleges. In the analysis of ash components, the preparation of samples for the determination of ash melting point and ash viscosity, muffle furnaces are widely used to burn samples and sediments.

Features

Series of Resistance Furnaces, the muffle furnace adopts domestic (CN) professional technology, the furnace shell is made of high-quality steel plate by folding and welding, and the control box is integrated with the furnace body. Beautiful appearance, avoiding the cumbersome installation of customers. The inner furnace lining is a rectangular integral furnace lining made of high alumina and silicon carbide refractory materials. The helical heating element made of iron-nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy wire is passed through the upper, lower, left and right wire grooves of the inner furnace lining. The maximum temperature of the furnace wire is 1000 degrees. Heat up and down and side to side. The inside of the furnace is a sealed structure, and the insulation layer is built with refractory fiber aluminum silicate wool and diatomite products between the inner furnace and the furnace shell. The temperature in the furnace is uniform.

Furnace structure and materials

Furnace shell material: the outer box shell is made of high-quality cold plate, which is treated with phosphoric acid film salt and sprayed at high temperature, and the color is computer gray;

Furnace material: high-aluminum liner is used, which has good wear resistance, and the high-temperature furnace generates heat from the upper, lower, left, and right sides;

Insulation method: insulation brick and insulation cotton;

Temperature measuring port: the thermocouple enters from the upper rear of the furnace body;

Binding post: the heating furnace wire binding post is located at the rear and lower part of the furnace body;

Controller: located under the furnace body, built-in control system, the compensation wire is connected to the furnace body;
