Overview of uses

The box-type Resistance Furnace, also known as the muffle furnace, is a periodically operated electric furnace. Used for sintering, heating and heat treatment in the laboratories of coal, electric power, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, scientific research and other units and colleges and universities, especially suitable for coal quality analysis and testing, in the determination of coal ash and volatile matter and the analysis of coal ash composition, preparation of samples for determining ash melting point and ash viscosity, etc., muffle furnace burning samples and precipitates are widely used.

Features

Series Resistance Furnace, muffle furnace adopts domestic (CN) professional technology, the furnace shell is made of good steel plate through folding and welding, and the control box and the furnace body are integrated structure. The appearance is beautiful, which avoids the cumbersome installation of customers. The inner furnace lining is a rectangular integral furnace lining made of high alumina and silicon carbide refractories. The spiral-shaped heating element, made of iron-nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy wire, is threaded in the wire grooves on the upper, lower, left and right sides of the inner furnace lining. The maximum temperature of the furnace wire is 1000 degrees. Heat up, down, left, right. The furnace is a sealed structure, and the refractory fiber aluminum silicate cotton and diatomaceous earth products are used as a thermal insulation layer between the inner furnace and the furnace shell. The temperature in the furnace is uniform.

Furnace structure and materials

Furnace shell material: the outer box shell is made of good cold plate and sprayed at high temperature after phosphoric acid film salt treatment, and the color is computer gray;

Furnace material: high alumina liner is used, with good wear resistance, and the high-temperature furnace is heated on all sides;

Thermal insulation method: thermal insulation brick and thermal insulation cotton;

Temperature measuring port: the thermocouple enters from the back and top of the furnace body;

Binding post: The heating furnace wire binding post is located at the lower position behind the furnace body;

Controller: located under the furnace body, built-in control system, compensation wire connection to the furnace body;

Heating element: high temperature resistance wire;
