Introduction

The paint film abrasion Tester is applicable to GB/T15036.2, GB/T15102, GB/T18102, GB/T4893.8, ISO7784.2 standards. The test of paint film resistance and wear resistance of wood veneer needs to use different configurations of turntable components and abrasive wheels, please specify when ordering (you can choose "paint film configuration", "wood configuration" or " dual-use configuration"). The rotation speed of the turntable can be specially set according to the user's requirements within the range of 50-100r.Pm (need to be specified when ordering)

Features

A good abrasion process puts the material to be tested on the turntable, and the two abrasive wheels press against the material with a certain pressure to wear it. The abrasive wheel rotates with the rotating surface of the sample disc, producing relative motion and abrasion, while the offset of the abrasive wheel axis relative to the rotary axis of the turntable during the rotation (60 RPM or 72 RPM) produces a sliding motion, thereby abrading the material. When a sample with an area of 30 square centimeters is subjected to abrasion, the surface material of the sample is abraded by full-angle particles or silk fabrics to form a complete ring. The paint film abrasion Tester is equipped with two abrasive wheels on the turntable. When the turntable rotates, the left abrasive wheel rubs from the center of the surface of the model to the outside, while the right abrasive wheel rubs from the center of the sample surface to the outside. When the turntable rotates once, the traces of wear on the surface of the template are composed of two rings that overlap each other and intersect in an X shape. In this way, the advantage is that the surface of the model is rubbed in all directions, which overcomes the shortcomings of the wear-resistant instrument that reciprocates in one direction.

Precautions

⑴ After the test, the power should be cut off, the instrument should be cleaned, and the instrument should be covered.

⑵ When not in use for a long time, the grinding wheel should be removed and put away.

⑶ It needs maintenance and refueling once a year to two years
