Function

This series of Tensile Testing Machines is a high-precision load test bench specially designed for HF series and HG series. This product adopts a large torque stepper motor, a high-precision encoder, a large touch screen, and a built-in double-column structure. It has the advantages of good stability, wide application range, beautiful appearance, and easy use. It also has controllable speed and displacement, manual (jogging), automatic, automatic control of movement times, arrival delay and a series of functions. It is widely used in testing fields such as push-pull load, plug-and-pull force, and damage testing in rubber and plastics, light industrial textiles, building doors and windows, composite materials, wires and cables, auto parts, power machinery, scientific research institutions and other industries.

The running distance can be set. After running to the set position, it can be delayed to hold, run in reverse, and stop immediately (displacement is controllable)

Real-time display of displacement, running speed, and movement direction (up is positive +, down is negative -)

Provides automatic counting, automatic timing, expansion and contraction rate testing, fully automatic programming, and multiple test modes

In fully automatic programming mode, 5 different test displacements and 5 different test speeds can be customized to complete the test conveniently and quickly.

Force holding function: to the specified position or set force value, the holding time can be set freely (optional push-pull force meter required)

Set force value reciprocating motion function: Set force value reciprocating motion, force value setting, holding time, and number of movements can be set freely (optional push-pull force meter is required)

Stop function when tension and pressure are broken: Stop immediately after the force exerted on the measured object disappears (optional push-pull force meter required)
