Applications

BA-1+ digital applicator rodcol Hardness Tester is an indentation type Hardness Tester newly designed and developed by our company.

Mainly used in aluminum processing industry. It is used to test pure aluminum, soft aluminum alloy, thick aluminum alloy, aluminum strip, aluminum profile, aluminum rod, aluminum casting, aluminum forging and aluminum alloy products; it can also be used in the glass fiber reinforced plastic industry.

Relevant industry standards are ASTM B648-00 "Test method for measuring hardness of aluminum alloy by Barcol Hardness Tester", ASTM HD2583-07 "Test method for measuring indentation hardness of hard plastic by Barcol Hardness Tester" and GB/T 3854-2005 "Reinforcement Buckle hardness test method for plastics. * It can measure the Barcol hardness value (HBa) of the material.

Features

* Wide test range. It can be tested from very soft pure aluminum to extremely hard aluminum alloy, and the effective test range is equivalent to Brinell hardness 25~150HB.

* No support required. The Barcol Hardness Tester only tests on one side of the sample without support, and is suitable for testing oversized and overthick workpieces and assemblies.

* It has the function of holding the maximum value, recording the maximum hardness value during the measurement period.

* It can additionally measure the Brinell hardness value (HB), Vickers hardness value (HV), Webster hardness value (HW), and Rockwell hardness value (HRB/HRE/HRF/HRH) of the material.

* With the average value calculation function, the average value of 29 sets of data can be calculated at most.

* The design of the meter is small and light, and it can be operated with one hand, and it can be used in any occasion without experience.
