The zero-drop testing machine consists of an "E" fork that can move quickly downward as the specimen carrier, and the tested goods are placed and balanced according to the test requirements (surface, edge, angle test). During the test, the supporting plate moves downward at high speed, detached from the test piece, and the "E" fork has been embedded in the bottom plate under the action of an effective shock absorber before the tested packaged goods fall to the bottom plate, and theoretically, the zero drop testing machine can be used for the drop test from zero height to the maximum drop height range.
Double-column guide and hydraulic cushioning. The drop height can be set by the fixed ring, which can realize the edge, surface and angle drop test. It is mainly used to assess the ability of product packaging to withstand drops during transportation and loading and unloading, so as to improve and perfect the packaging design.
The zero-drop test bench adopts a plate double-rail guide and electric lifting system, which is suitable for drop tests on packaged specimens with large dimensions. It is convenient and fast to load and unload the specimen, and the drop test of low height of edge, surface and angle can be realized, and the drop height can start from zero.
