Equipment use

This machine is designed to evaluate the impact of the product on the performance of the product after the customer may accidentally drop the product during actual use, and is suitable for: mobile phones, PDAs, telephones, electronic dictionaries, CDs, MP3s, adapters, batteries and other small consumer electronic products for original attitude and acceleration drop tests;

peculiarity

1. This machine adopts electric components for test height adjustment, fast positioning and durable use;

2. This machine adopts a multi-angle adjustment device, which is suitable for product testing: water chestnut, angle and surface test;

3. The drop angle of the product is close to the angle set in the test;

4. After the drop, it can automatically rise to the set height, which is convenient for operation and improves the test efficiency;

5. All pneumatic components are made of Japanese SMC good components, which are durable to use;

6. A variety of drop plates are available: steel plate, transparent acrylic board (or wood board), cement board (or marble board), applicable to multinational testing requirements (standard products marble, wood board, steel plate drop medium)

7. Automatic counting (number of drops) function;

8. Japanese SMC vacuum suction cup adsorption products can be optionally used, and universal joints can realize the product up and down, left and right, multi-angle and multi-direction dropping;
