WJL-901 sugar paste sand crystallization effect analyzer is based on the selection of a set of scientific and reasonable methods to dilute and deaerate the thick sugar paste to avoid the overlapping, adhesion and bubbles of sucrose crystals, and then combine the traditional microscopic measurement method with modern image processing technology, and use the image method for particle morphology analysis and particle size measurement particle analysis system.


It is composed of a sugar paste pretreatment system, a high-definition macro lens, a digital CCD camera and a particle image analysis software. Firstly, the thick sugar paste was diluted and defoamed, and then a clear sucrose crystallization image was obtained under a multi-pixel CCD camera, and the sucrose granule image was subsequently processed to obtain the particle size distribution table and particle size distribution curve of the sucrose crystalline particles.


The particle size distribution and uniformity parameters of the sucrose crystalline particles given are consistent with the reality, accurate and fast, fully meet the detection requirements of sucrose crystallization, can realize the online real-time decision-making control of the crystallization link of the sugar boiling process, and achieve the purpose of realizing the automation of the sugar boiling process, so as to provide a good platform for the automation of the sucrose boiling process.
