Introduction

This machine is suitable for drop testing of toys, electronics, electrical appliances, communications, IT, furniture, gifts, ceramics, packaging and other products or components. It can be dropped naked (dropped without packaging) or packaged products and outer packaging can be dropped together. It is equipped with a number of The height indicator and decoder are used for height tracking, so that the product drop height can be accurately given, and the error from the preset drop height shall not exceed 2% or 10mm. This is used to evaluate the impact strength of the product when it is dropped when being transported or the damage caused when it is dropped. 

Product Features

1. The lifting method adopts motor transmission, and the height can be adjusted arbitrarily .

2. Display mode: digital display. (The high-precision length gauge is equipped with a high-precision encoder to accurately track the drop height. It can be adjusted freely and is easy to operate;)

3. Falling method: The two wings are fixed using electromagnet control, and the test object falls freely from the two wings instantly. 

4. Test angle: The corners, edges and surfaces of packaging containers are equipped with corner and edge fixing fixtures to facilitate testing. 

5. There are travel protection switches + limit switches at the upper and lower limits to prevent the impact of careless operation and protect the machine. 

6. Use a solid base to prevent beating during impact. 

7. Warranty period: The entire system of the machine is guaranteed for one year.
