PN-GM gloss meter is a test instrument for the mirror gloss of paper and cardboard designed and developed according to the national standard GB/T 8941. It is widely used in papermaking, packaging, printing, ceramics, paints, coatings and other industries to determine the gloss of the surface of objects. It can measure gloss at 20°, 60° and 75°.
The gloss of 75° is mainly suitable for coated paper and some non-coated paper;
The 20° gloss is mainly suitable for high-gloss surfaces such as cast coated paper, wax paper, glazing paper, high-gloss ink, paint, etc.;
The gloss of 60° is mainly suitable for all kinds of metal composite paper and cardboard.
1. Incident reflection angle: 75°, 20°, 60° can be selected. D65 illuminator and CIE photopic function. Photometric linearity: 0.3% full scale;
2. LCD screen display;
3. With thermal printer, the test results can be printed directly;
4. Standard and quantity: Polished black glass plate as gloss standard. A black glass material with a refractive index of 1.567 has a gloss of 100 (gloss units) on a smooth surface.
