Dirt Count is the number of dust particles per square meter of paper and cardboard with a certain area, or the equivalent area of dust on paper and cardboard per square meter of area (mm2). Dust is a kind of appearance paper disease, which can be inspected by sight, hand touch and nose, and it is impurities such as black spots, yellow spots, dark yellow spots, yellow brown spots or brown spots that are significantly different from the color of the paper.
High Dirt Count will reduce the printing quality, in the printing of coated paper and cardboard, white cardboard, especially in color printing, the influence of Dirt Count is particularly obvious, affecting the printing quality. Structure: This product is composed of 1. machine base, 2 switches, 3 rotating workbenches, 4 plexiglass, 5 fluorescent tubes, etc. The specimen was placed on plexiglass and irradiated with a 20W fluorescent lamp to observe the fiber bundles and other impurities that were significantly different from the color of the specimen surface, and compared with the standard dust pictures.
