The PN-PC15(D) Double Edge Cutter is an upgraded version of the PN-PC15 standard Cutter. Not only can you cut ordinary paper samples, but you can also cut relatively soft and thin paper, filter paper, non-woven fabrics, plastics and other samples. 15mm wide specimens can be obtained with a single cut and guaranteed accuracy, compared to two knives required for standard paper cutters. The successful development of the double-edged paper cutter not only solves the problem that the soft specimen cannot be cut, but also saves the number of cutting times and improves the work efficiency.

Working principle: Put the sample that needs to be cut, press the sample with the handle with the left hand, hold the handle with the right hand to cut, release the left hand, and take out the sample.
