Compressive strength Tester

PN-CT300B compressive strength Tester is used to determine the ring compressive strength (RCT) of paper with a thickness of 0.10~0.58mm, the edge compressive strength (ECT), adhesive strength (PAT) of corrugated cardboard, the flat compressive strength of single corrugated cardboard (FCT), the CMT and CCT of corrugated base paper, and is a very cost-effective paper and cardboard compressive strength testing instrument.

Six independent test modes, pre-set parameters (the system automatically saves, only need to be set once), with test accessories, one-click automatic test, real-time display of force value and deformation during the test process, the end of the test, the system software automatically calculates, and the screen directly displays the test results.

This instrument is a mechatronics structure, using modern mechanical design concept and microcomputer processing technology for careful and reasonable design. The instrument adopts the upper pressure plate fixed type, and the measurement accuracy is high. This instrument has the functions of testing, conversion, adjustment, memory, real-time display of pressure, data printing and other functions included in the standard. It has a powerful data processing function, which can directly obtain the statistical results of the average value, coefficient of variation and standard deviation of each data, and can automatically reset, easy to operate, easy to adjust, and stable performance.
