Pneumatic side pressure (gluing) Sampler

 The PN-ECC25(A) edge pressure (bonding) sampler is a high-precision sampler specially designed for edge pressure (ECT) or bonding (PAT) experimental sampling. The sampler adopts pneumatic control, easy to operate, convenient, fast and accurate sampling, and is an auxiliary test instrument for corrugated cardboard and carton production, scientific research and quality supervision and inspection departments.

Operating Principle

Turn on the air source, adjust the appropriate pressure, put in the corrugated cardboard to be sampled, as shown in the orange one above is the manual valve, toggle left and right, toggle the cylinder piston to the left to push the tool holder forward and move in parallel, toggle the cylinder piston to the right to drive the tool holder back to the original position, cut out the sample, and take out the sample.

• Pneumatic sampling is adopted, which is labor-saving;
