The PN-PAC peel test rack is a special testing instrument used to determine the adhesion strength of corrugated cardboard (PAT test). The test frame is composed of the lower pin holder (common to each flute type), the upper pin holder and the upper and lower pins, which has the characteristics of easy operation, no need to adjust, strong applicability, etc., and can be used to determine the adhesion strength test of corrugated cardboard with the Compressive Strength Tester. It can be widely used in corrugated cardboard (box) production, scientific research and product quality supervision and inspection departments to carry out corrugated cardboard single peeling test.


The peel test has strict requirements for the thickness and type of corrugated cardboard. For the thickness of corrugated cardboard, the thickness of single corrugated cardboard should be higher than the lower limit of the corresponding corrugated height specified in the table, and the thickness of multi-layer corrugated cardboard should be higher than the sum of the lower limit values specified in the table. For the corrugated structure, the UV type structure is required.

Calculation of Resultant Strength:

The average value of the test separation force of each adhesive layer is calculated separately, and then the adhesive strength of each adhesive layer is calculated according to the formula, and finally the minimum value of the adhesive strength of each adhesive layer is used as the adhesive strength of corrugated cardboard.
