PN-PID ink printing decolorization testing machine, also known as abrasion resistance Tester and friction testing machine, is a testing instrument for ink layer wear resistance developed according to the national standard GB/T 7706. It is mainly used for the test and test of the abrasion resistance of the printing ink layer of printed matter, the abrasion resistance of the photosensitive layer of PS plate and the abrasion resistance of the surface coating of related products.
Working principle: fix the friction paper on the friction body, fix the sample to be tested on the friction table, start the instrument, the friction body rubs the sample at a certain speed, counts once after each reciprocating counter, and when the set number of frictions is reached, the test is over. By comparing the changes in ink density before and after friction, the wear resistance of the specimen is judged.
The instrument adopts modern mechanical design concept and ergonomic design criteria, and uses professional microcomputer processing technology to carefully design and manufacture, with novel design, easy to use and excellent performance of ink printing decolorization testing machine.
GB/T 7706、ASTM D5264、TAPPI T830
1. Adopt microcomputer control, LCD dynamic display, and mechatronics principle to carry out the set friction test;
2. Before the test, the friction times will be input into the control system, and the test can be automatically controlled, and the buzzer prompt will be prompted after each test;
3. The control system has a power-off memory function, and after each re-power-on, it maintains the parameter state entered before the last power-off;
4. The actuator adopts a high-precision gear reduction miniature motor to drive the friction body for linear reciprocating friction movement;
5. Fully meet the requirements of the national standard and be compatible with international standards.
