PN-CT50KE-PC Computerized Pallet Compressive Tester is a multi-functional, high-precision pallet special quality inspection equipment developed by our company, which is mainly used for various types of pallet compressive strength test.
The testing machine adopts the mechanical structure of double screw and four guide pillars, and is controlled by imported motors, which has the characteristics of high parallelism, good stability, high measurement accuracy and high-speed return.
The testing machine is a computer software control equipment, with the national standard contained in the parameters of the test, display function, the test process to display the real-time force value curve, and the measured data for histogram and graphic comparison. The double-screw four-guide pillar structure is mainly composed of four parts: driving device, transmission device, force application device and safety protection device.
The driving device is mainly to provide power for the loading and up and down displacement of the pressing plate, which is composed of high-precision imported servo motor, reducer and synchronous belt transmission device. The whole driving part is located in the chassis, the whole chassis is welded by section steel and steel plate, its upper table is used to place and fix the compression device, the internal is for the fixed driving device, and four sets of horizontally adjustable devices are configured at the bottom to make the whole box compressive testing machine appear very stable.
The transmission device is mainly for the loading and up and down displacement of the pressure plate to transmit power, which is composed of two sets of high-precision screw rods and four sets of guide pillar guide bushing structures. Its transmission is safe and stable, the noise is small, and the up and down smooth movement of the force application part can be realized with high parallelism.
The force applicator is used to provide the test space of the pallet, the bearing stiffness and the implementation of the entire working process. It is mainly composed of dynamic pressure plate, static pressure plate, sensor and movable beam. The dynamic and static pressure plates are made of carbon steel plates with strong bearing pressure and large stiffness through precision machining, and the dynamic pressure plates are connected with the movable beams; the plane of the static pressure plate is processed with the vertical staggered "well" shaped scale lines, so as to facilitate the positioning of the tray to be pressed; the lower plane of the static pressure plate is equipped with spherical support seat and is stably placed above the four groups of pressure sensors, and the sensors adopt high-precision pressure sensors, which ensure the accuracy of the test results.
The safety protection device mainly realizes the mechanical protection function, and adopts the safety limit push rod device, which is placed on one side of the dynamic pressure plate, so as to avoid mechanical collision when the dynamic pressure plate exceeds the upper and lower limits.
The testing machine is driven by a high-precision servo motor, which can realize high-speed and high-precision positioning control. The return speed can reach 250mm/min, the positioning accuracy can reach 1mm, and in terms of force detection, four high-precision force sensors and high-speed and high-precision AD converters are used with unique sampling algorithms to ensure the real-time and accuracy of sampling, and improve the measurement accuracy of the testing machine. Tested by the Provincial Bureau of Technical Supervision, it can reach level 1 accuracy.
