Cup stiffness Tester

N-PCT cup stiffness Tester is a paper cup stiffness testing instrument designed and developed according to the national standard GB/T 27590, which is suitable for all kinds of paper cups containing cold and hot drinks and ice cream coated with paraffin, polyethylene film and other substances on the surface. It is a physical performance testing instrument required by paper cup production enterprises, food enterprises and quality inspection departments.

The test principle of this instrument: put the pressure rod block (5) into the sample cup (3), place it on the movable bench (1) of the cup body stiffness Tester together with the sample cup, make the left measuring head (6) and the right measuring head (2) (the right measuring head is connected to the sensor) just touch the side wall of the cup, adjust the movable bench so that the vertical distance between the probe and the bottom of the cup is about two-thirds of the cup height, and make the cup body seam (4) of the paper cup to be measured face the Tester. Start the instrument and test the stiffness of the cup.

 Technical features

8. It has a statistical function, showing the mean, maximum, minimum, standard deviation and coefficient of variation.
