PN-CT50KC FCL compressive testing machine is a domestic (CN) cost-effective large-scale corrugated cartons, honeycomb cartons and other packaging compressive and stacking test testing instruments designed by our company, its performance parameters and technical indicators meet the provisions of GB/T 4857.3, GB/T 4857.4 and other standards, mainly used for compressive strength tests of various small and medium-sized corrugated boxes with compressive strength less than 50kN or other materials, such as large corrugated boxes, large honeycomb cartons, General turnover packaging boxes, sports equipment packaging boxes, refrigerator packaging boxes, air conditioning packaging boxes, washing machine packaging boxes, mechanical parts packaging boxes, motorcycle packaging boxes, bicycle packaging boxes, grain and oil packaging boxes, solar packaging boxes, etc.
The instrument has three independent modes of operation:
1. Strength test: measure the ultimate compressive strength and deformation of the box;
2. Constant value test: the overall performance of the box can be detected according to the set pressure and deformation.
3. Stacking test: Simulate the stacking state of the warehouse, and the stacking test under different conditions can be carried out.
