2. Add the refrigeration solution before use, and the solution is generally added to the overflow port until the overflow is overflowed.
3. Turn on the power switch to "ON", set the temperature required for the experiment on the thermostat, in order to make the temperature in the working room uniform, you can turn on the Circulating Chiller switch to make the water circulate inside.
4. Normal use: the refrigeration switch should be played in the "dual control" position, the intelligent thermostat CL should be set at 0-0.5 °C, the P value should be set according to the difference between the actual environment and the experimental temperature, if the actual ambient temperature is greater than the actual temperature, the P value should be set between 30-50, if the actual environment is less than the experimental temperature, the P value should be adjusted between 10-30, and the CT should be set between 240-300 seconds. If the temperature control accuracy is required to be high≤± when 0.2 °C, you can turn the refrigeration switch to the "direct cooling" position, at this time the compressor has been working, refer to the temperature controller manual, start the self-tuning function, set the actual temperature, press and hold "∨", press and hold for 20 seconds, and the RUN light will flash. After the machine works for a period of time, the RUN light turns to steady on and enters the normal constant temperature state.
Precautions
1. The refrigeration medium of this machine is better to use distilled water, alcohol, etc., and it is strictly forbidden to use corrosive solutions such as sodium chloride.
2. The water pump of this product can be used externally, and the horizontal position of the external Water Bath should be higher than that of the super constant temperature Water Bath, and the water inlet pipe of the external Water Bath should be placed at the bottom, and the water outlet pipe should be on the top, as a high hydraulic limit standard, and the external Water Bath should be added with a certain amount of water when in use, and then connected to the connecting pipe to open the water pump to work, otherwise the liquid in the super temperature control tube alone will be evacuated by the external Water Bath, causing the heating pipe to be exposed to the water surface and damaged.
3. Pay attention to cleanliness when using to prevent the Water Bath liquid from splashing into the controller, causing damage to the control line or leakage.
