This machine adopts permanent magnet DC motor, which has low noise, can start zero, and is cheap, but the starting torque is small, and the speed fluctuates with the change of Voltage and load. It is suitable for medicine, scientific research, universities and factories and laboratories.

Features

The controller of this machine adopts fast 1T single-chip microcomputer as the core component, uses pulse width modulation (PWM) DC speed regulation technology, and uses CMOS tube in the driving part, which has the characteristics of high speed regulation precision, fast response speed, wide speed regulation range and low loss. The motor part adopts permanent magnet DC motor, which has the characteristics of stable speed and low noise. The stirring rod is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant. The independent control box can be operated away from the workbench.

Instructions

  This series of instruments is easy to operate. First, familiarize yourself with the manual and the functions of each part of the control box panel, and then install each part according to the requirements, and adjust the height according to the requirements. Turn on the power switch, set the time, adjust to the required speed, and then it can work. 

Precautions

1. When using, if you find that the stirring rod is not concentric and the stirring is unstable, please adjust the supporting chuck to make the stirring rod concentric. If using Erlenmeyer flask to stir, align the stirring rod to the center, and then start stirring again.

2. When the power supply suddenly fails during use, please check ① whether the power cord plug is loose or falling off, and ② the fuse is broken. If it does not belong to the above situation, please contact our factory.

3. Safe use of electricity. This product uses 220V AC power supply. The power socket should use a three-hole safety socket, which needs to be properly grounded.
