ZTT-101 Retroreflection Mark Measuring Instrument is an instrument used to measure the photometric properties (retroreflection coefficient R') of retroreflective materials on site. It is a hand-held photoelectric instrument that is easy to use. It can also be used for on-site measurement of retroreflective signs by traffic safety management and relevant departments such as highways, railways, and aviation. It can also be used to measure the reflective performance of reflective signs on trucks. The measurement is used to monitor the reflective quality of the production of retroreflective materials to ensure that the retroreflective marking materials meet the requirements of the relevant standards.
The instrument is composed of an optical system, a detection amplification system, a power supply and its control system, a display system, and an instrument calibration block.
The instrument refers to the international standard ISO3864, and my country's national standard GB/T18833-2012 "Road Traffic Reflective Film", GB/T 26377-2010 "Retroreflective Measuring Instrument" and JT/T612-2004 "Retroreflective Measuring Instrument" standard in the transportation industry designed according to requirements. In order to calibrate the indication value of the instrument, it is also equipped with a set (8 pieces) of calibration blocks for calibrating the indication value of the instrument to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the instrument's measured value; the instrument uses a liquid crystal digital display to display the measured value; it uses a lithium battery as a power source. Its appearance is shown in Figure 1.
Battery Installation and Charging
1. Unscrew the battery box cover (1), connect the battery lead plug-in with the connecting wire plug-in, and connect according to the positive (red) and negative (black) poles.
2. Push the battery into the handle, screw on the battery box cover (1), and the battery installation is complete.
3. Do not use chargers of other specifications to charge the device.
4. Insert the charging plug into the charging socket (2), and connect the charger plug to a 220V, 50Hz AC outlet to charge. The red light is on and it is charging, and the green light is on and the charging is complete. The charging time takes about 5-6 hours.
5. When the battery is fully charged, the continuous measurement time is about 16 hours.
