ZTT-930M Protruding Road Signs Wear Resistance Tester fully complies with the requirements of my country's traffic industry standard GB/T2472⒌-2009 "Protruding Road Signs" for the impact resistance test of road signs.
Sand guide pipe: It can be composed of a solid-walled plastic pipe with an inner diameter of not less than 150mm and a smooth inner wall, the length is 2850mm, and the non-perpendicularity of the sand guide pipe is not more than 0.2°.
Calibration funnel: The size of the upper opening of the calibration funnel is 120mm×40mm, the height is 100mm, and the slope angle on all sides is 45°. The four sides of the upper mouth should be straight and sharp to ensure that the sand falling on the edge of the mouth does not change its direction when it falls into the bucket.
The function of the funnel is to ensure that the sand directly falling into the mouth impacts the raised road signs as vertically as possible without deviation, while the sand falling outside the mouth is deviated to the outside of the bucket and cannot impact the raised road marks. The calibration funnel should be able to move up and down, left and right, and back and forth, so as to facilitate the adjustment of the amount and uniformity of sand passing through the funnel.
Filter screen: The filter screen is located on the upper part of the sand guide pipe, and the mesh size is a standard screen with a mesh size greater than 850 μm. The first function of the filter is to establish the starting point of the shakeout, and the second is to limit the flow rate of the shakeout. It is required that the distance between the falling sand and the grid should not be greater than 30mm.
Sample holder: It is used to hold the sample to be tested firmly, keep the base surface of the sample vertical, conveniently align the sample with the sand guide tube and the calibration funnel, and freely adjust the height of the sample to be tested so that its upper edge is on the top of the funnel The mouth should be kept no more than 150mm, and the horizontal direction can be adjusted so that the front edge of the bottom edge of the retroreflective surface of the sample is parallel to the long side of the funnel. The sample holder shall not obstruct the free flow of falling sand.
Collector: A 300mm×500mm tray and other containers can be used. Purpose To collect the sand outside the calibration funnel.
