Pavement marking line Thickness Gauge

ZTT-950 Pavement Marking Thickness Gauge is specially designed and produced for production, quality supervision, engineering construction and supervision units to measure the thickness of marking lines. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, simple operation, wide applicability, high measurement accuracy, digital hold function, safe measurement and good reliability.

ZTT-950 Marking Line Thickness Tester complies with the standard GB/T 16311-2009.

Structure and composition

ZTT-950 Marking Line Thickness Tester is mainly composed of digital high-precision hundreds (thousands) meter head, thickness measuring mechanism and hundreds (thousands) meter locking screw.

 Steps

1 Preparation: Put the measuring base and the moving flat block (thickness measuring mechanism) at the same level, then put the digital high-precision hundred (thousand) meter head into the mounting seat of the thickness measuring mechanism, and then tighten the screws.

2 Clearing the reading on the display screen: clearing the display screen of the digital high-precision hundreds (thousands) submeter.

3 Measurement: Place the measuring base on the marking line to be measured so that the edge of the junction with the moving block is parallel to the edge of the marking line, and the moving block can fall freely or move down to measure the thickness of the marking line. For easy reading, press the hold button of the digital high-precision hundreds (thousands) submeter head, lift the marking line thickness measuring instrument to read and record the value.

Precautions

1 In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results, the zero value of the marking line thickness measuring instrument should be adjusted as much as possible before the measurement.

2 In order to ensure the movement of the moving block, attention should be paid to adjusting its relative position with the marking line before the test.

At the same time, the surface of the marking measurement area should be cleaned to obtain more realistic measurement data.

3 When measuring, care should be taken to release the hold function of the digital high-precision hundreds (thousands) meter head. Generally, it is enough to press the hold button 3 times in a row, so that the marking line thickness Tester is in the measurement state.

4 Take care to prevent the instrument from falling during the measurement process to avoid damage to the instrument. When there is no measurement task for a long time, the battery of the digital high-precision hundred (thousand) indicator should be taken out to prolong its service life.

Storage conditions

The analyzer and its accessories should be stored in a dry, clean, vibration-free, flammable and corrosive environment.
