Structure and composition

ZTT-950A marking line thickness measuring instrument is mainly composed of digital high-precision hundreds (thousands) submeter head and thickness measuring mechanism.

Steps

1 Preparation: Place the measuring instrument on a flat surface, press the power button, and the instrument will display numbers. 

2 Clear the display reading: clear the display of the digital high-precision dial indicator.

3 Measurement: Put the measuring base on the asphalt road, the measuring head is above the measured marking line, press the measuring head, the reading displayed on the meter is the thickness of the marking line, in order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results, it is recommended to take three points to repeat the measurement Get the average value, which is the thickness of the marking line.

Precautions

1 In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results, the zero value of the marking line thickness measuring instrument should be adjusted as much as possible before the measurement.

2 In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results, the surface of the marked measurement area should be cleaned.

4 Take care to prevent the instrument from falling during the measurement process to avoid damage to the instrument. When there is no measurement task for a long time, the battery of the digital high-precision dial indicator should be taken out to prolong its service life.

Storage conditions

The analyzer and its accessories should be stored in a dry, clean, vibration-free, flammable and corrosive environment.
