Introduction

QCJ-40 paint film impactor is designed and manufactured according to GB/T4893.9-92 standard. It is suitable for evaluating the impact resistance of the paint film on the surface of furniture wooden parts.

Principle

A steel cylindrical impact block is dropped from a specified height along a vertical conduit and impacts on a steel ball with a specified diameter and hardness placed on the surface of the test piece. According to the degree of damage to the paint film on the surface of the test piece, The grade expressed by the number is used to evaluate the impact resistance of the paint film.
