ZQS-10A digital display bonding (tensile) strength Tester is based on the industry standard of the People's Republic of CHINA "Construction Engineering Facing Brick Bonding Strength Test Standard" (JGJ 110-97) and "External Wall External Thermal Insulation Engineering Technical Regulations" (JGJ 144-2004) is specially developed for testing the bonding strength of facing bricks and external wall insulation materials. According to the requirements of "Construction Engineering Facing Brick Bonding Strength Test Standard" (JGJ 110-97), the specifications of the standard block are 95mm×45mm and 40mm×40mm, and the external insulation of the external wall is 40mm×40mm and 100mm×100mm. , their minimum tensile force is 0.64kN and the maximum tensile force is 2.56kN when they meet the qualified requirements. During the development of the Detector, aiming at the characteristics of low bonding strength and small bonding force of facing bricks, the maximum pulling force is designed to be 10.00kN to ensure the detection accuracy of various bonding forces. The manual oil pump is integrated with a special through-hole jack, which is compact in structure and durable, and can be loaded continuously and evenly. The digital display system is used to display the value of the adhesive force. The system can automatically and accurately record the peak value of the adhesive force and maintain it. The machine weighs about 2 kg. Each instrument is tested and qualified by the national legal measurement unit before leaving the factory. The instrument is guaranteed for one year free of charge.

Principle

As shown in Figure 1, turn the crank to push the piston in the pump body to move, the hydraulic oil is pressed into the four-way joint through the oil pipe, one way is connected to the pressure sensor, and the other way enters the jack to push the piston up, driving the nut and the pull rod to exert tension on the standard block. With the rotation of the handle, the pulling force on the standard block gradually increases, and when the facing brick is peeled off, the oil pressure quickly decreases and returns to zero. Since the pressure on the sensor is equal to the pressure in the jack, the force measuring device can be composed of the sensor and the digital display circuit to display the corresponding pressure value. At the moment when the facing tile is peeled off, the circuit will record the maximum oil pressure.
