Peel strength Tester

The maximum flkn load is 50kg, the test speed is 10-60mm/min, the experimental stroke is adjustable from 0 to 360mm, and the pointer induction method is adopted.

use

This machine is specially used to test the adhesion of copper foil circuit on PC board or the fastness of tin foil, lead foil, tape, etc. to the surface of objects. During the test, the test piece is peeled off at a vertical angle. The actual 90 degree peel strength can be measured. Optional high-precision digital push-pull gauge.

Safety Precautions

1. The testing machine only uses single-phase 220V AC power supply.

2. Do not place flammable objects around the testing machine to avoid fire.

3. The test case must be grounded, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.

4. The power supply inlet terminal should be connected to the air with leakage protection above the quantitative level; the switch and contactor can cut off the power supply in case of emergency.

5. Never use to touch the electromagnet while the machine is working.

6. If you need to move the machine, you must cut off the power before moving.
