Introduction

The electric lifting frequency conversion dispersing machine is a new type of environmental protection laboratory product designed and developed by our factory using new domestic (CN) and foreign technologies. This product integrates the functions of stirring, sanding and dispersing into one experimental equipment.

This equipment adopts frequency conversion motor, which has the advantages of small size, low noise, no commutation interference, no carbon brush mechanical wear, environmental protection, etc. The number directly displays the rotating shaft speed, and is equipped with a dispersing impeller and a sanding blade. It can adapt to the needs of different tests in the laboratory, and can directly calculate the relationship between the linear speed of the stirring, dispersing and sanding blades, the viscosity of the material and the chemical reaction rate according to the displayed shaft speed, and provide correct data for large-scale production.

1. The machine adopts electric lifting system, which is convenient for lifting.

2. A new type of variable frequency motor is adopted, and the stepless speed regulation of the motor is implemented through an intelligent variable frequency controller. Using digital PID technology, the control precision is high, and the 4-digit digital tube directly displays the spindle speed.

3. The dispersing impeller and sanding disc are directly connected to the rotating shaft with screws.

4. The barrel is fixed by the left and right clamps, and the barrel adopts a jacket structure, which can be processed by stainless steel through cooling water.
