Introduction

The free fall test machine is suitable for the free fall test of small consumer electronic products and parts such as mobile phones, batteries, chargers, interphones, electronic dictionaries, apartment intercoms, CDs, MDs, MP3s, etc. test. This machine adopts a pneumatic structure, place the test piece in a special fixture (adjustable stroke) to clamp it firmly, press the drop button, the cylinder is released, and the test piece will be subjected to a free fall test. The drop height can be adjusted up and down, and a height scale is attached to know the drop height of the test piece. A variety of drop floors are available to meet different test standards.

This machine complies with JISC0044, IEC60068-2-32,, GB2423, UL1642, UL2054, QC-T744-2006, QC-1743-2006, GB-18287-2000, SJ-11169-1998, YD-1268-2003, SJ/ T11170-1998, GB8897.4-2002 and other test standards.

Features

  1. The box body is treated with electrostatic baking paint, the design of the whole machine is reasonable, the operation is safe, stable, accurate, and beautiful ;
