 Introduction

The BZ-TR-24A soil Drying Oven is specially used for the air drying of soil samples. 

The Drying Oven is an integrated structure, which consists of a main engine and an air source. The main unit is 1630 mm high, 1100 mm long and 430 mm wide.

1. Air/purification/heating unit: air purifier and thermostatic heater. The air is treated by the unit and turned into dry, clean warm air. It is used for drying samples in each chamber.

2. Sample cabin: There are 24 separate and independent cabins on the main engine, made of stainless steel, and the hatch is equipped with an observation window to facilitate the observation of the sample status.

Features

1. Using air purification technology, the air is purified by the filter layer and catalyzed by the adsorption of the activated carbon layer, and then effectively filtered by 100 levels to produce clean air, so as to prevent secondary pollution to the sample due to the uncleanliness of the dry air.

2. The heating and constant temperature technology can be used to heat the dried and purified air to 30° and the ambient temperature is 20°C (RT-40°C adjustable), which improves the drying efficiency of the sample.

3. The drawer design of the gas processing room is convenient to observe the use of the filter and replace it in time.

4. The soil Drying Oven is equipped with 24 independent cabins to prevent cross-contamination between samples.

5. The sample chamber is made of stainless steel, which is easy to clean up to avoid chemical corrosion and adsorption of organic matter.

6. Each sample chamber is equipped with an air outlet, and the air flow is constant to ensure that the sample is dried evenly and quickly.

7. The sample compartment is equipped with an observation window, which is convenient to observe the status of the sample at any time.

8. The sample chamber has a volume of 300×200×120 mm in length× width and height × can be placed in trays, which is suitable for ordinary samples and wet mud at the bottom of rivers and lakes and samples with high water content.

9. The bottom of the Drying Oven and the air source box is equipped with casters, which is convenient to move.

10. This Drying Oven is easy to use and easy to maintain.
