Introduction
The FCM5000W computerized metallographic microscope is a trinocular inverted metallographic microscope, which adopts an excellent infinity optical system and a modular functional design concept, which can easily upgrade the system to achieve polarized light observation, dark field observation and other functions. The compact, stable, and highly rigid body fully reflects the vibration protection requirements for microscope operation. The ergonomic design makes the operation more convenient and comfortable, and the space is wider. It is suitable for microscopic observation of metallographic structure and surface morphology, and is a satisfactory instrument for metallurgy, mineralogy, and precision engineering research.
Features
Observation system
Hinged binocular observation tube, 45° inclination, does not need to look down or look up for a long time during operation, so that the operator's neck and shoulders can be effectively released. The market number of flat wide-angle eyepieces can reach φ22mm, which makes visual observation wider and more comfortable, and can be adapted to rubber eye masks.
Mechanical stage
Mechanically mobile stage, built-in rotatable circular stage plate, special-shaped observation window set in the plate is suitable for microscopic observation of samples of different specifications, and the circular stage plate can be rotated during polarized light observation to meet the requirements of polarization microscopy.
Lighting system
With Kola illumination, the aperture diaphragm and field diaphragm can be adjusted by dial, making the adjustment smooth and comfortable. The polarizer can adjust the polarization angle 360° to observe the microscopic images in different polarization states.
