Sensor type

  • With the IPREB RS 100 standard sensor, the roughness of flat and cylindrical surfaces can be measured, and the minimum diameter of the inner hole is 5 mm and the depth is up to 22 mm.

  • IPRERS110 The IPRE RS110 curved surface sensor can be used with the IPREO TA620 measurement platform to measure the roughness of the uneven surface of the workpiece with a radius of curvature greater than 6mm, as well as the suitable flat and cylindrical surfaces.

  • With the IPREORS 1 20 small hole sensor, the roughness of the inner surface of the hole with a hole diameter greater than 2 mm can be measured, with a maximum depth of 9 mm, and flat and cylindrical surfaces can also be measured. IPRE@ RS120 small bore sensor is required for use with the IPREB TA620 measurement platform.

  • With the IPRE@ RS130 groove sensor, the surface roughness of grooves with a groove width of more than 2 mm and a groove depth of less than 3 mm, or steps with a height of less than 3 mm can be measured, as well as flat and cylindrical surfaces. The IPRE'RS130 trench sensor is designed for use with IPREBTA620 measurement platforms.

  • With the IPREE RS131 deep groove sensor, the surface roughness of grooves with a groove width greater than 3 mm and a groove depth of less than 10 mm, or steps with a height of less than 10 mm can be measured, as well as flat and cylindrical surfaces. IPRE@RS131 deep groove sensors need to be used with IPREBTA620 measurement platforms.

FAQ
QIs the price listed on the website the final cost for overseas purchases?
ANo, it isn't. This is the ex-factory price of the product in the Chinese Mainland. In addition to this price, buyers from different countries need to account for additional costs such as shipping fees, tariffs, and others. For specific regional quotes, please consult our customer service or fill out a quotation form.
QWhat is the specific process for purchasing the product?
AFirst, please click on the quotation form on the website and fill in detailed information. Our customer service personnel will then send you a quotation based on your specific country and region, confirming payment and delivery methods. Following this, we proceed with contract signing, payment, and shipment. You can then await delivery.
QWhat should I do if the instrument I purchase needs repair?
AAfter-sales repair for overseas instruments is an unavoidable issue. Our repair terms stipulate that the sender is responsible for the shipping and insurance costs incurred for the repair. Repairs within the warranty period are free, while repair costs beyond the warranty period are determined based on the actual situation.
