TQC SP0010 hardness test pen is a hardness test pen with a pen tip diameter of 1mm and a pen-shaped appearance. The scale values ââof different Newton forces are engraved on one side of the hardness test pen, and springs with different test ranges are installed inside. The material of the SP0010 hardness test pen is anodized aluminum and tungsten carbide, which does not require any maintenance and has good anti-corrosion properties. The grip part is designed with a rough surface to prevent the hand from slipping during testing. The overall design of the hardness test pen is ergonomic. .
1. TQC SP0010 hardness test pen is designed in line with ergonomics
2. The scale is clearly engraved by laser on the gravure plate with gray background.
3. Made of maintenance-free anodized aluminum and tungsten carbide
4. Place the tip of the tungsten carbide needle on the surface of the object to be measured with constant pressure. This pressure is adjustable via springs on the sliding sides.
5. Use the SP0010 hardness test pen to measure the surface hardness or scratch resistance by leaving visible traces on the surface of the sample. Can be used on flat and curved surfaces.

TQC SP0010 hardness test pen is equipped with a total of 3 springs

1. Make sure to select the correct tip diameter of the tungsten carbide needle and install the spring correctly
2. The color mentioned on the scale refers to the spring
3. Release the red knob, slide the slider to the desired position and quickly tighten clockwise (Note: The edge of the beveled slide shows the correct position)
4. Press the TQC SP0010 hardness test pen vertically on the surface of the object to be measured, and use the correct force to create a tip load.
5. Move the hardness test pen and leave a mark about 10mm long on the surface under test within 1 second.
6. Pay attention to check the visible traces on the surface being measured.
