Compressive Tester

The force value range is 0~1T, the pressure plate size is 800 * 800mm, the test speed is 5mm~ 100mm/min, and the speed can be input arbitrarily.

Introduction

It is a basic instrument for testing the compressive strength of corrugated boxes (ie, packaging testing equipment), and is suitable for compressive strength tests, standard tests and stacking strength tests of various corrugated boxes.

Features

1. After the test is completed, there is an automatic return function, which can automatically judge the crushing force and automatically save the test data

3. Relevant data can be input and the compressive strength can be automatically converted, and it has a packaging stacking test function; the force and time can be directly set, and the machine will automatically stop after the test is completed.

4. Three Operating Modes:

Strength test: the maximum pressure resistance of the box can be measured;

Fixed value test: the overall performance of the box can be tested according to the set pressure;

Stacking test: According to the requirements of national standards, stacking tests under different conditions such as 12 hours and 24 hours can be carried out.

Hardware performance characteristics

1. 32-bit embedded processing chip, fast instruction cycle;

2. Strain measurement accuracy > 4 gears, that is, resolution > 20,000 yards;

3. Use software coefficients to calibrate (correct) files. Effectively correct the linearity of the sensor;
